Project Management / Scrum Master Internship

Eklavya is looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Scrum Master to coordinate product development, educational games, content, QA, and releases. You will work with developers, designers, content creators, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly planned, tracked, tested, and delivered on time.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Converting requirements into clear tasks, priorities, timelines, and acceptance criteria 2. Managing the project backlog and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives 3.

Tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and blockers 4. Coordinating with developers, designers, content creators, and QA testers 5. Following up on assigned work and maintaining clear accountability 6.

Coordinating testing, bug resolution, and release readiness 7. Maintaining project documentation, meeting decisions, and action items 8. Experience in project management, Scrum, or software delivery • 2. Experience managing web, mobile, or digital product projects • 3. Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices • 4.

Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools • 5. Strong planning, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills • 6.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Preferred: • 1. Experience in a startup, EdTech, gaming, or content-production environment • 2.
