Content and Social Media Marketing Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create LinkedIn posts and newsletters for TalentCrux. 2. Write blogs and industry-focused content for our website.

3. Create and manage content for Instagram & Reddit. 4. Take end-to-end ownership of the TalentCrux LinkedIn page. 5. Create creatives, carousels, and posts using Canva.

6. Use Claude Premium & AI tools for research, ideation, and content creation. 7. Track trends and experiment with new content ideas. Recent graduates in BBA, BMS, BMM, mass media, MBA, marketing, communications or related fields. • 2. 0–1 year of experience in content, social media or digital marketing is a plus.

• 3. Strong writing and communication skills. • 4. Creative, proactive and interested in AI, startups and social media. • 5. Comfortable working 5 days a week from our Mumbai office.

About Company: TalentCrux is building a suite of AI agents for recruitment & human resources, designed to automate and simplify everyday HR workflows.

We currently offer AI recruiter and AI onboarding agents, with more specialized HR agents being built. Additional information: • 1. Duration: 3–6 months.

2. Working days: 5 days/week. 3. Location: Andheri-Mumbai (In-office). 4. Stipend: Rs 10-12K/month + performance bonus.
