About the internship

BookMyShow is India's largest entertainment company and the go-to platform for millions of users who watch movies and experience out-of-home entertainment. We also produce and manage some of the biggest music events, live performances, sports, and plays across India, including Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N' Roses, U2, Cirque du Soleil, and the Indian Premier League.

Our rocket ship launched in 2007, and we have been travelling at breakneck speed as we create communities and redefine the entertainment experience in India. We are literally defining the concert economy.

From the wild ecstasy of Lollapalooza to the soulful strains of Coldplay, the fiery chords of Ed Sheeran, the rebellious anthems of Guns N' Roses, the celestial hymns of U2, the whimsical enchantment of Cirque du Soleil, and the roaring fervour of the Indian Premier League, we orchestrate a pantheon of experiences that dazzle the subcontinent.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with social media research, campaigns, and posting, with a strong focus on copywriting.
2. Assist with creative briefs and presentations.
3. Have basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, quick video-editing software, and similar tools.
4. Collate and organize creative assets and assist the team with miscellaneous content and process-related tasks.

Your checklist

1. Internship Duration: 6 months.
2. Strong creative sensibility, with the ability to write engaging captions and come up with fun ideas and content.
3. Some experience with social media campaigns.
4. Basic video editing, reel-making, and design skills.
5. Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple campaigns.
6. Comfortable working under pressure and genuinely enjoys the energy and fast-paced nature of live events.
