Human Resources (HR) Intern

As a human resources (HR) intern at Raltech Precision Engineering Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR including talent management, recruitment, and resume screening.

Your knowledge of MS Excel will be utilized to analyze data and create reports to support HR initiatives. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support talent management activities such as employee onboarding, training coordination, and performance evaluation. 3. Utilize MS Excel to maintain and update HR databases and generate relevant reports.

4. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.

6. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the team. 7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
