Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails. 2. Understand customer queries and provide clear and professional responses.

3. Maintain accurate customer documentation and records. 4. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. 5. Follow company processes and guidelines while handling customer requests.
