Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle end-to-end hiring: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews 2.
Hire trainers and recruiters, including civil/architecture trainers and US IT recruiters. 3. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents 4.
Keep employee records: attendance, leave, employee IDs, and files 5. Support monthly payroll and payslips. 6. Coordinate between management, employees, and candidates 7.

Bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA/BBA in HR is a plus. • 2. A degree in civil engineering or architecture is a plus. • 3. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 4. 0–2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is a big plus. • 5. Good spoken and written English. • 6. Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, and email).
• 7. Familiarity with Indeed and LinkedIn for job posting and candidate sourcing. • 8. Organized, reliable, and good at keeping information confidential.
