Artificial Intelligence (AI) Internship

About the internship

We are looking for a highly ambitious, curious and execution-oriented individual to work directly with the founder across AI or technology and EV or automotive initiatives. This is not a conventional internship where you are given repetitive tasks and expected to complete them. You will work on ambiguous, high-impact problems. Where the expectation is to: Understand the objective - research - think - recommend - build - test - improve - implement. You will be expected to use AI aggressively, discover new technologies and tools, build workflows and prototypes, automate repetitive work, analyse opportunities and help the founder move significantly faster. The right candidate will eventually be capable of operating as an AI operations associate, with the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. AI, agents & automation:

1. Continuously identify opportunities where AI, agents or automation can improve the way the founder or company operates
2. Discover and evaluate new AI models, agents, tools and platforms
3. Build AI-powered workflows and internal automation
4. Experiment with AI coding agents and development tools
5. Connect AI systems with APIs, databases and existing tools
6. Automate repetitive research, reporting, documentation and operational processes
7. Build internal AI assistants and specialised agents
8. Test competing AI tools and determine which is most useful for a particular task
9. Continuously improve the company's internal AI stack
10. Turn AI tools into useful systems rather than merely knowing how to use them

B. Build & experiment:

1. Identify useful opportunities and create working solutions
2. Build internal research agents
3. Develop automated market-monitoring systems
4. Create competitor intelligence dashboards
5. Develop data collection pipelines
6. Build founder productivity systems
7. Create automated report-generation workflows
8. Develop internal knowledge systems
9. Build AI-assisted business processes
10. Create prototypes for new products or ventures
11. Develop small software tools to solve operational problems
12. Learn the required technologies to build the solution

C. Research & opportunity intelligence:

1. Conduct high-quality research on EV and automotive technology
2. Research emerging AI technologies
3. Explore new business models
4. Research startups and technology companies
5. Analyse competitor products
6. Evaluate new tools and platforms
7. Identify emerging market opportunities
8. Assess technologies that could create strategic advantages
9. Analyse what is happening, why it matters, what we should do and how we could execute it
10. Develop the ability to identify opportunities before they become obvious

D. Other responsibilities:

1. Convert ideas into actionable workstreams
2. Break large problems into smaller tasks
3. Track projects and commitments
4. Coordinate internally with relevant teams
5. Follow up on pending actions
6. Prepare decision-ready reports
7. Prepare presentations and analysis
8. Maintain documentation
9. Turn discussions and ideas into structured action plans
10. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
11. Reduce the amount of operational and analytical work that reaches the founder

E. Internal coordination:

1. Coordinate with engineering teams
2. Coordinate with product teams
3. Coordinate with operations
4. Coordinate with manufacturing
5. Coordinate with business teams
6. Coordinate with other internal stakeholders
7. Support internal coordination without making external communication a core responsibility

F. Founder productivity & knowledge systems:

1. Organise information and research
2. Maintain project intelligence
3. Create reusable workflows
4. Build decision-support systems
5. Maintain databases and knowledge repositories
6. Automate recurring reporting
7. Improve how information moves from research to decision to execution

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 18,000 /month
