Psychology Internship

As a psychology intern at MINDALGO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of mental health professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field of counseling.

Your proficiency in both English and Hindi will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients seeking support and guidance. Key responsibilities: 1.

Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and provide appropriate support. 2. Assist in developing personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique challenges and goals.

3. Conduct group therapy sessions to facilitate discussions and promote emotional healing and growth. 4. Collaborate with senior psychologists to conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients.

5. Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance your learning and contribute to the overall treatment approach. 6. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
