1. Ideate, plan and execute Instagram Reels, Stories & other content 2. Track viral trends and quickly adapt relevant ones for Lazy Hippos 3. Create shoot briefs, mood boards and content references 4.

Coordinate and execute self shoots as well as with creators 5. Edit short-form videos and prepare content for posting on socials/ads 6. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely execution 7.

Identify and reach out to potential (barter) collaboration opportunities 8. Build and manage an influencer outreach program / Lazy Hippos Ambassador community 9.

Identify relevant creators and manage outreach, follow-ups and collaborations 10. Track content performance and identify winning formats Most importantly: We need someone who can take an idea from reference concept shoot edit publish, without constant follow-ups.
