Finance - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis. 2. Support M&A research, due diligence, and transaction execution.

3. Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and presentation materials. 4. Conduct industry, market, and company research. 5. Analyse financial statements and business performance.

6. Coordinate with banks, investors, consultants, and other stakeholders. 7. Work on strategic projects within the Founder's Office. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field. • 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
