Founders Office Internship

This is not a regular internship. As part of the founder's office, you will work directly with the CEO on day-to-day operations, business development, hiring, and strategy.

No two days will be the same: one day you're running a hiring round, the next you're building a pitch deck or managing social media. If you want to learn how a startup actually runs from the inside, this is the role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Operations & coordination: 1. Assist the founder in day-to-day business operations and execution 2.

Track tasks, follow up on pending items, and ensure things don't fall through the cracks 3. Coordinate between different vendors, candidates, and partners on behalf of the founder B.

Digital marketing: 1. Manage Pavo Ads' social media presence- Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook 2. Create and schedule content using Canva 3. Assist in GMB management, website updates, and SEO activities 4.

Track analytics and share weekly performance reports C. Hiring & HR support: 1. Post job openings on various portals- Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna 2.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates 3. Draft offer letters, rejection emails, and onboarding communications D. Research & business development: 1.

Conduct market research- competitors, pricing, industry trends 2. Identify potential retail partners and brand clients for outreach 3. Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required E.
