HR Internship

As an HR Intern at Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation, you'll support day-to-day people operations and help keep recruitment and employee records organized.

You'll work with the HR team on practical tasks that build your understanding of core HR processes. 1. Help draft and post role descriptions, track applications, and organize candidate information.

2. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers, and share timely updates. 3. Assist with onboarding by preparing checklists, collecting documents, and guiding new joiners through required steps.

4. Maintain accurate, confidential digital and physical employee records, updating details as needed. 5. Support attendance and leave tracking by checking entries and flagging discrepancies to the HR team.

6. Help prepare routine HR documents, spreadsheets, and status updates with careful attention to detail. 7. Respond to basic HR queries professionally and direct sensitive or complex concerns to the appropriate team member.
