Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Manage SOPs, rosters, KPIs, hiring, AI workflows, automations, reporting and founder support.

• 1. Are fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada, and warm with people
• 2. Are genuinely comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Sheets automations, no-code builders) or hungry enough to become so in weeks
• 3. Write clearly and think in checklists and systems, not vibes
• 4. Background in management, healthcare admin, psychology or anything analytical-degree matters less than judgment
