Travel Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to customer queries regarding travel packages, destinations, and holiday bookings promptly and professionally.

2. Coordinate with travel agents and follow up on bookings, package details, and client requirements. 3. Assist in designing holiday packages and preparing customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences.

4. Maintain and update Excel sheets to track customer inquiries, booking details, and follow-up status. 5. Communicate with customers and agents to ensure timely responses and smooth coordination throughout the booking process.

6. Support day-to-day travel operations, maintain accurate records, and assist in resolving customer queries.
