Law/Legal Internship

Angel One Limited is looking for a legal intern to support its legal team on general corporate, commercial, securities law and litigation matters. The internship will provide practical exposure to legal research, contract review, civil, criminal, and regulatory disputes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, securities, and regulatory law matters, including SEBI circulars, notifications, consultation papers, orders, and frameworks.

2. Prepare concise legal notes, research summaries, and internal briefs for the legal team. 3. Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, notices, and other legal documents.

4. Assist in ongoing disputes and legal notices, including conducting legal research and drafting documents related to securities law and arbitration matters.

5. Support compliance mapping by translating regulatory requirements into internal checklists, processes, and policy inputs. 6. Research SAT rulings, SEBI adjudication orders, and judicial precedents relevant to fintech operations.

7. Assist with due diligence, legal record maintenance, regulatory submissions, and ad hoc legal assignments. Currently pursuing a B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution, preference for 4th/5th-year students of integrated 5-year LL.

B. programs or final-year students of 3-year LL.B. courses. • 2. Strong interest in corporate, commercial, and securities law. • 3. Good legal research, drafting, analytical, and written communication skills.

• 4. Familiarity with legal research databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, and MS Office tools. • 5. Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage assignments within deadlines.
