Customer Acquisition Internship

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented client acquisition coordinator to work closely with the founder and manage client communication, workshops, lead nurturing and social media operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate and support live workshops from pre-event communication to post-workshop follow-up.

2. Be present during workshops and manage participant communication and coordination. Personally call and connect with leads and potential clients. 3.

Manage WhatsApp communication, community invitations and participant nurturing. 4. Follow up with prospects and support conversion into one-to-one sessions/programs.

5. Maintain lead databases, follow-ups and client records. 6. Manage day-to-day Instagram and LinkedIn activities. 7. Coordinate weekly content, posts, reels, carousels and stories.

8. Respond to relevant DMs/comments and personally nurture potential clients. 9. Support email marketing, campaign communication and follow-ups. 10. Create/coordinate posters, social media creatives and workshop marketing materials.

11. Use Canva and other digital tools for marketing execution. 12. Maintain regular reporting on leads, follow-ups, bookings and conversions.
