Learning and Development Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Connect with franchisee partners on a regular basis. 2. create login credentials for partners for the L& D platform and maintain the number of users.

3. Share with them the learning content and track their course completion and progress 4. take feedback from relevant partners/colleague and work on improving the learning and development platform 5.

Making videos that will help the franchisee partners to learn the small details involved in the recruitment process, help in problem solving, searching resumes, etc 6.

look after the development and deployment of inhouse software being created for learning and development Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 31st Oct'26 and 5th Dec'26 • are available for duration of 3 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month Deadline: 2026-11-30 23:59:59 Skills required: Video Making, Training and Development, Effective Communication, Psychology and Content Editing Other Requirements: • Candidate with prior experience similar to the role preferred.
