About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates for internship and sales roles through LinkedIn, Internshala, college networks, and other relevant channels
2. Screen incoming CVs and applications, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
3. Conduct first-round screening conversations with shortlisted candidates
4. Maintain and update the candidate pipeline/tracker with application status
5. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the founder/team

Stipend

INR₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month
