4. Conduct research on current trends, hashtags and competitor activities. 5. Assist in developing creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
6. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and growth. 7. Respond to comments, messages and audience interactions professionally.
8. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and execution.
