Medical Coding & Medical Scribing - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Review medical charts and patient records to understand relevant clinical information. 2. Analyze and interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, procedures, and clinical documentation.

3. Practice ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding under appropriate guidance. 4. Assist with patient record documentation and clinical documentation review. 5.

Support medical scribing activities and accurately document relevant clinical information 6. Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems.

7. Review coding and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 8. Prepare reports and maintain relevant coding and documentation records.

9. Assist with daily medical coding, scribing, and documentation-related tasks.
