Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitor and improve product ratings and genuine customer reviews. 2. Analyse customer feedback and identify recurring product issues.

3. Manage product listings and marketplace content updates. 4. Track competitor ratings, reviews and customer sentiment. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

6. Maintain ratings and reviews reports using Excel/Google Sheets. 7. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
