As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the founders and executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, streamline operations, and execute high-impact initiatives across the organisation.
This is a full-time role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and want a front-row seat to how strategy translates into execution.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Strategic Initiative Execution 1. Partner with founders to define, plan, and execute high-impact strategic projects that drive organisational growth and operational success.
2. Translate broad strategic goals into structured deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes. 3. Take full ownership of initiatives, from problem framing to execution, measurement, and iteration.
B. Cross-Functional Leadership 1. Work with teams across Growth, Partnerships, Content, Events, Operations, and other functions to coordinate execution and align on shared objectives.
2. Ensure clarity, accountability, and follow-through across cross-functional initiatives. C. Operational Excellence & Insights 1. Track key performance indicators, distil insights, and support the leadership team in making data-informed decisions.
2. Build processes, dashboards, playbooks, and frameworks that improve organisational efficiency and scalability. 3. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions that drive continuous improvement.
D. Communication & Leadership Support 1. Prepare founder-level briefs, reports, and summaries that communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
2. Help translate leadership vision into structured plans for execution across teams.
