About The internship

As a Video Editing & Graphic Design Intern at The Wishing Factory, you'll put your creativity and technical expertise to the test as you work on projects that create visually stunning content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging video content for social media.
2. Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
3. Edit and enhance videos using various software to produce high-quality content.
4. Lead the development and execution of social media marketing strategies.
5. Utilize your creative thinking and writing skills to brainstorm new ideas and concepts.
6. Provide creative direction and feedback on projects to ensure they align with our brand image.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.

About company

The Wishing Factory is a registered, ISO-certified, not-for-profit organization founded in November 2015 that works for the welfare of thalassemia major and blood cancer patients in the cities of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Delhi. We work in four sectors i.e. fulfilling wishes, sponsoring education, sponsoring healthcare, and spreading awareness among the general public about premarital testing so as to eradicate thalassemia in the future. Thalassemia major is an inherited blood disorder in which the body makes abnormal hemoglobin. Thus, the patients' bodies do not have healthy red blood cells and need a blood transfusion every two weeks throughout their lives. These patients have a short lifespan and usually fail to see their 30th birthday. To add to their happiness and make them feel loved, we fulfill their wishes. Seeing them happy gives joy to their parents and rebuilds the fighting spirit in the patients.
