Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Making outbound calls to potential clients and providing detailed information about our digital marketing and web development services.

2. Converting inquiries into confirmed projects through effective communication and relationship-building skills. 3. Maintaining accurate daily call records, client databases, and timely follow-ups with prospects.

4. Collaborating with the team to execute lead generation and client acquisition strategies. 5. Gaining in-depth knowledge of our digital services, including SEO, social media marketing, website development, branding, and paid advertising, to confidently address client queries.

6. Managing communication and updates through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and social media platforms to engage and nurture potential clients. 7. Coordinating with the Senior to monitor daily sales reports, and track project progress and client feedback.
