AI Voice Training & Transcription - Bengali Internship

We are looking for Bengali-speaking interns who are curious about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interested in contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems.

As an AI Intern, you will work on AI data projects focused on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. Your work will involve creating conversational datasets, participating in realistic banking and financial scenarios, transcribing audio, and evaluating AI-generated responses.

Professional BFSI experience is not mandatory. A basic understanding of banking, finance, insurance, payments, and related terminology, along with the ability to speak Bengali naturally, is sufficient.

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities 1. Develop conversational datasets using realistic BFSI situations, including Agent-Customer interactions and customer service scenarios.

2. Participate in role-play conversations in Bengali with other participants and AI systems to create natural and authentic conversational data. 3. Record, transcribe, and review conversations, ensuring that transcripts accurately reflect the spoken content.

4. Create and annotate high-quality Bengali conversations covering topics such as bank accounts, loans, UPI/digital payments, insurance, cards, transactions, fraud, and customer support.

5. Interact with AI models and assess their responses based on accuracy, relevance, completeness, reasoning, and adherence to the given context. 6. Identify errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated responses and transcriptions and make appropriate corrections.

7. Follow project guidelines for data collection, annotation, quality checks, and transcription. 8. Share observations and feedback with the project team to help improve the quality and reliability of AI training data.

9. Maintain consistency and accuracy while working with Bengali-language and BFSI-related content.
