Talent Acquisition Internship

About the internship

1. Assist in joining formalities on joining day
2. Assist in making employee file of new joiners.
3. Responsible for pre-joining formalities.
4. Maintain and update the MIS - probation, police verification etc.
5. Checking of old files from Feb 2026 onwards and helping to complete all the missing documentation etc.
6. Assist in preparing and maintaining recruitment-related reports and dashboards.
7. Support the team in job posting and updating vacancies on HROne (all old backlogs)
8. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
9. Assist in any other HR/TA projects and assignments during the internship.

Who can apply

• can start the internship between 7th Sep'26 and 12th Oct'26
• are available for duration of 3 months
• are from Kanpur only
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 8,000 - 10,000 /month
