Volunteering Internship

As a volunteering intern at Roots & Rights Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing social justice and promoting human rights.

Your proficiency in Hindi and English, along with your skills in community management, Google Forms, research, and analytics, will be essential in supporting our mission.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for various projects and campaigns. 2.

Facilitate communication between volunteers, staff, and community members to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration. 3. Utilize Google Forms and other tools to collect and analyze data on volunteer activities and impact.

4. Conduct research on relevant issues and trends to inform our advocacy efforts and programming. 5. Support in organizing events, workshops, and outreach activities to engage the community and raise awareness.

6. Help develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer retention and satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to evaluate and improve our volunteer programs and initiatives.
