Community Management & Content Creation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Content Creation: Shoot on-the-ground reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and participant highlights; assist with hooks, captions, and creative storytelling for Instagram and YouTube.

2. Session Mediation: Undergo training with the opportunity to step in as an official E-Socialize Mediator during tournament rounds. 3. Participant Engagement & Facilitation: Welcome participants, break the ice, lead fun warm-ups, and keep the session energy high during live E-Socialize and EQ Cup events.

4. Event Execution & Operations: Support live tournament challenges, voting, session operations, attendee check-ins, and Zoom recordings. 5. Community & Campus Outreach: Drive buzz and engagement across college networks, managing registrations, reminders, and attendee follow-ups.
