Chief Meme Officer Internship

Why This Role Exists: The intern will own the day-to-day content that encourages users to open and engage with Lokips. You will engage with people across social media and help build Lokips' online presence.

The internal nickname for this role is 'Chief Meme Officer.' The official designation on certificates will be 'Content Intern,' reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Note: This is a 7-day-a-week role with no weekends off. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Post one piece of content per day on the Lokips social feed, such as a meme, static post, or short caption.

2. Create and publish four short videos/Reels per week for Instagram and LinkedIn. The first 20 captions will require CEO approval. 3. Maintain a simple content calendar covering the theme, platform, date, and published link.

4. Create memes around Lokips-related themes, including Web Network (paste the reel, get the tools), Developer Help (stuck at 1 AM), Corporate View, and builder life in India.

5. Repurpose winning posts across the feed, Instagram, and LinkedIn on the same day. 6. Send a weekly Friday update covering what was posted, what received replies, and what content should be dropped.

What You Will Not Do: 1. Post random cricket, politics, or news content unless approved for a Lokips internal account. 2. Set prices, speak to the press, or communicate with investors on behalf of Lokips.

3. Publish content without updating the content calendar. Avoid low-quality, mass-produced AI-generated content. 4. Use other brands' logos or copyrighted film stills without permission.

You already create and post content. Attach 10 real pieces you have created on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or other platforms. Simply knowing Canva is not sufficient.

• 4. You can work independently without a daily stand-up. Missing two content days without prior notice will result in termination of the internship. • How We Measure the Two Months: • 1.

Week 1: Content calendar live, seven feed posts published, and four Reels drafted. • 2. Week 2 onward: Meet the weekly content quota consistently. • 3.

Extension will be considered only if posts are published on Lokips and at least one content format is generating genuine engagement and replies, rather than vanity views on private drafts.
