Operations Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify grant, and investment opportunities relevant to Ometaura AI and assist in preparing applications.
2. Create presentations and pitch decks for investors, grant bodies, and partner meetings.
3. Source and screen engineering candidates, both experienced engineers and fresh graduates, for open roles across the company.
4. Travel to industry events, exhibitions, and job fairs across Delhi NCR for recruitment and networking.
5. Identify and build relationships with Chinese manufacturers for component sourcing and procurement.
6. Support general office administration and coordination tasks as required.

Stipend

INR₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Pursuing or recently graduated in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field.
• 2. Prior exposure to startup operations, grant applications, or business development is a plus.
• 3. Genuine interest in AI, robotics, or hardware/deep-tech startups.
• 4. Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

About company

We develop advanced robotic systems in real-world environments. Work includes designing mobile robotic platforms, including single-arm and dual-arm robots capable of autonomous and semi-autonomous operation. We build robotic manipulation systems for picking, placing, and handling objects in structured and semi-structured environments, along with perception and navigation stacks combining vision, sensing, mapping, localization, and motion planning. In parallel, we are building AI-driven applications designed to improve everyday life and optimize business and industry through powerful yet intuitive technologies. The founding team previously built and operated a robotics company incorporated in the United States.
