Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
3. Help craft job descriptions and job postings to attract top talent.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
