Export Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Prepare, dispatch, and track CIF offer sheets and product specification books for international buyers.

2. Manage sample dispatches, including courier coordination, tracking, delivery confirmation, and buyer follow-ups. 3. Track export registrations and documentation in coordination with the compliance team.

4. Coordinate logistics for international trade fairs, including buyer meetings, travel, visa arrangements, and follow-up tracking. 5. Maintain project plans, progress updates, and escalations using Zoho Projects.

6. Support the execution of export shipments from order confirmation to the bill of lading.
