Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.

2. Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees and interns. 3. Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.

4. Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters, internship agreements, NDAs, and experience letters. 5. Coordinate background verification and maintain relevant employee documentation.

6. Support payroll activities by compiling attendance, leave, and reimbursement inputs. 7. Assist in maintaining KRAs, probation review records, and appraisal documentation.

8. Help organize employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and rewards and recognition initiatives. 9. Draft HR emails, employee announcements, and internal communications.

10. Support office administration, recruitment trackers, and other day-to-day HR operations.
