AI Agent Development Internship

We're looking for a hands-on intern who can help us build real AI agents and chatbots for our early business clients not toy demos, but tools that actually triage customer messages, automate invoicing follow-ups, and support inventory/scheduling workflows.

You'll work directly with the founders on live client use cases from day one. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and deploy chatbots/AI agents for real business workflows (customer support, invoicing, scheduling, inventory) 2.

Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, etc.) into client-facing tools 3. Write clean Python code to connect AI models with business systems (email, calendar, POS, CRM) via APIs 4.

Test, debug, and iterate on agent behavior based on real client feedback 5. Good working knowledge of Python and REST APIs • 2. Practical experience using AI models/agents (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — not just as a user, but building with them (prompting, API calls, chaining tools) • 3.

Familiarity with at least one AI/agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) is a plus • 4. Curious, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity — this is a startup, not a structured corporate internship • 5.

Bonus: any prior project (personal, college, or freelance) involving chatbots or automation About Company: SOiTA (Simplify, Optimize, Integrate, Transform) is a startup building the AI and IT layer that businesses were never sold.

Most AI tools today are built by tech companies, for tech companies great at drafting an email, but rarely reaching the operational work that actually runs a business.
