Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting applicants.

2. Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and follow up with shortlisted candidates. 3. Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining attendance records, HR documentation, and other daily HR operations.

4. Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment records using Excel and Google Sheets. 5. Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communication.

6. Help ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and candidates.
