Tele-Counsellor Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Cold call students using a given database to pitch overseas education with the help of the dialer software 2.

Answer incoming calls from candidates, our other offices, etc. 3. Use scripts to provide information about the services provided and present the company in the best possible way.

4. Help bridge the gap between the marketing team and the offline offices 5. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation 6. Go the extra mile to meet the targets set by the company and facilitate the future goals 7.

Keep a record of the calls and record useful information 8.
