Manual Image Editing Intern - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

Important: This role requires 100% human-made, manual image editing. The use of AI image generation, AI editing, generative fill, or any other AI-assisted tools is strictly prohibited.

All edits must be created manually by the intern using the approved editing software and following the provided SOPs. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Perform manual image editing based on provided instructions and reference assets. 2. Add, remove, or replace objects and people while maintaining realistic integration.

3. Make localized changes such as color, texture, material, pattern, shape, pose, action, and object-state modifications. 4. Perform background and environment edits, including background replacement/removal and changes to weather, season, lighting, or time of day.

5. Edit text, signs, screens, logos, icons, and other graphic elements as instructed. 6. Apply specified artistic treatments such as painting, sketch, cartoon, anime, cinematic, vintage, or other styles manually.

7. Maintain the original image's perspective, scale, lighting, shadows, reflections, texture, grain, and depth of field wherever applicable. 8. Carefully follow masks, placement guides, reference images, and task-specific instructions.

9. Review completed work against the provided QA checklist before submission. 10. Identify unclear or infeasible instructions and escalate them instead of making assumptions.

10. Ensure that non-target objects, people, text, layout, and scene elements remain unchanged unless explicitly instructed otherwise. 11. Maintain an authentic manual-editing workflow and preserve the required working files/layers as specified in the SOP for quality and workflow verification.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar professional image-editing software. • 2. Good understanding of layers, masks, selections, blending, retouching, and basic compositing.

• 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to notice small visual inconsistencies. • 4. Understanding of perspective, proportions, lighting, shadows, and realistic image integration.

• 5. Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately. • 6. Good visual judgment and consistency in editing. • 7. Ability to work independently and meet assigned daily/weekly targets.
