Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Call candidates who have applied through job portals 2. Take them through role details using a provided script 3.

Screen candidates against a simple checklist (location, availability, salary expectation, experience) 4. Collect and follow up on documents via WhatsApp 5.

Maintain a call log in a shared tracker 6. Schedule interviews and send reminders 7.
