Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and identify target accounts by analyzing their business, network infrastructure, vendors, and industry initiatives.

2. Prepare personalized outreach messages and engage prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels. 3. Support multi-channel lead generation and outreach campaigns to build the sales pipeline.

4. Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the business development team. 5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums as required.

6. Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in the CRM system. 7. Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information, and share findings with the product and marketing teams.

Our platform, Ritam, is an agentic AIOps engine that watches multi-vendor networks, diagnoses faults across domains, and fixes them in a closed loop the software equivalent of a lights-out NOC.

It runs entirely on-premises, which is why regulated and sovereign customers can deploy it at all. We have been building telecom software since 2016; we run in production with Indian tier-1 operators and government network programmes, and we are incubated by Tata Elxsi.
