About the Role: We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and relationship-oriented Client Relations Intern to support our existing clients. The intern will regularly communicate with clients, understand their recruitment requirements, schedule review meetings, and attend online and in-person client meetings alongside our managers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with business professionals and wants hands-on exposure to client management and the recruitment industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Communicate regularly with existing clients over the phone, email, and WhatsApp. 2. Build professional relationships with HR teams and hiring managers.
3. Schedule client meetings and recruitment review calls. 4. Attend online and in-person client meetings alongside company managers. 5. Understand clients' active hiring requirements and collect relevant information.
6. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team on open positions and candidate progress. 7. Follow up with clients for feedback, interview schedules, and hiring updates.
8. Prepare meeting notes and maintain accurate client records. 9. Ensure that client concerns and requests are communicated to the appropriate manager.
10. Support the team in strengthening client engagement and retention. This is primarily a client relations role focused on supporting and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
It is not a cold-calling or field-sales position.
