Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Support installation scheduling and site readiness checks confirm every site is ready before the field team arrives 2.

Track inventory levels across products and components, and flag stockout or overstock risks to the operations team 3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on delivery timelines, order status, and follow-ups 4.

Maintain and update the service ticket log track after-sales and installation issues from raised to resolved 5. Support the team in building SOPs, checklists, and trackers for supply chain, installation, and after-sales processes Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 27th Aug'26 and 1st Oct'26 • are available for duration of 3 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 7,000 - 8,000 /month Deadline: 2026-09-26 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation Skills required: MS-Excel, Problem Solving, Effective Communication and Google Sheets Other Requirements: • 1.

You're comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers daily, including inventory logs, ticket logs, and supplier follow-up sheets. • 2. You can follow up with suppliers and vendors independently, without needing reminders.

• 3. You're organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. • 4. You're willing to work on the ground at warehouse and installation sites when needed, not just at a desk.

• 5. This role is not for you if you need everything spelled out step by step or if you're looking for a purely remote, desk-only role — this involves on-ground exposure to warehouse and field operations.
