Data Analytics Internship

The intern will support fundraising efforts by reaching out to individual donors through telecalling. The role is highly target-driven and focuses on building meaningful conversations, generating donations, and nurturing long-term donor relationships.

Slected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Tele-Fundraising (Primary Responsibility) 1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing individual donors 2.

Clearly communicate the organization's mission, impact, and fundraising needs 3. Persuade donors to contribute and support ongoing campaigns 4. Handle donor queries and provide accurate information B.

Donor Relationship Management 1. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with donors 2. Ensure proper follow-ups for commitments and repeat donations 3.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and donor-centric communication C. Target Achievement 1. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and fundraising targets 2.

Track conversion rates (calls commitments donations) 3. Maintain performance reports and updates D. Data Management & Reporting 1. Update donor details and call outcomes in CRM/Excel 2.

Maintain records of pledges, donations, and follow-ups 3. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality E. Campaign Support 1. Support ongoing fundraising campaigns and appeals 2.

Share campaign updates with donors via calls/SMS/WhatsApp (if required) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Number of calls made per day 2. Conversion rate (donor commitments & actual donations) 3.

Eligibility Criteria: • 1. Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) • 2. Interest in fundraising, sales, or social sector • 3.
