- Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting deep-dive research on properties, micro-markets, and developers across Delhi NCR including ownership history, price movement, and comparative deal analysis.
- 2. Assisting wealth managers in client onboarding consultations observing first, then co-leading over time.
- Preparing TED (Transaction Evidence Data) sheets and curated property briefs for clients using House of Numbardar's proprietary format.
Requirements and eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for the work from home job/internship
- can start the work from home job/internship between 31st Aug'26 and 5th Oct'26
- are available for duration of 6 months
Preferred, not required
- Comfortable with numbers — basic understanding of price per sq ft, rental yield, ROI, and real estate unit economics preferred.
