Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:. Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and calls, providing clear, accurate, and empathetic support.
Troubleshoot customer issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate with Engineering/Product teams for complex technical issues. Maintain customer support documentation, update FAQs and troubleshooting guides, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries.
