Administration Internship

As an Administration Intern at Bookmywarehouse, you'll support day-to-day administrative and operational work while building practical skills in organizing information, analyzing data, and keeping tasks on track.

1. Update spreadsheets and records, checking entries for accuracy and flagging missing or inconsistent information. 2. Help track routine operational tasks, maintain status logs, and follow up with relevant team members on pending items.

3. Organize digital and physical documents so information is easy to locate and kept up to date. 4. Assist with preparing summaries, reports, and presentations by gathering information and checking figures.

5. Support meeting coordination by scheduling, preparing materials, recording action items, and tracking follow-ups. 6. Handle routine administrative requests, route queries to the appropriate person, and keep responses and outstanding items organized.

7. Identify recurring data or process issues and share clear observations that can help the team improve its records and workflows.
