E-Commerce Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Learn to create, review, update, and maintain Shopify product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categories, tags, and product information.

2. Assist in maintaining accurate SKU, product, and inventory information using our Google Sheets-based Master Inventory Tracker and other internal systems.

3. Help reconcile inventory and sales records, identify discrepancies, and flag uncertain information for review. 4. Support day-to-day e-commerce administration, data entry, Google Drive documentation, operational checklists, and internal records.

5. Learn to handle routine customer communication through assigned support channels, including order, pickup, delivery information, and post-sale follow-ups.

6. Assist with monitoring customer feedback and Google reviews while escalating complaints, refunds, payment issues, and unusual situations to the founder.

7.Prepare simple weekly updates covering completed work, pending tasks, blockers, and matters requiring approval. 8. Learn and follow Z3 Ventures Inc.

• 4. Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, online business tools, and WhatsApp for work communication. • 5. Must be comfortable working primarily during afternoon/evening hours in India with regular overlap with Canadian Eastern Time.
