Business Development Specialist - Internship

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Business Development Intern to support our B2B client acquisition activities. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating qualified leads, understanding their recruitment requirements, and scheduling meetings with the Business Development team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct market research to identify companies with potential hiring and recruitment requirements.

2. Qualify leads based on business needs and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. 3. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and follow-up.

4. Research target markets and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media. 5. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.

6. Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Candidates must have their own Laptop. • 2. Candidates pursuing or having completed a BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM, or a related business/management program. • 3.

Candidates with a strong interest in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition. • 4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM will be preferred.

• 5. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation tools is an advantage. • 6. Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, telecalling, or client acquisition will be an added advantage.
