Post Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Support client onboarding, kickoff calls and handover to the delivery team after a deal is closed 2.

Respond to client queries over calls, email and WhatsApp and resolve them quickly 3. Track project milestones, payments and renewals, and follow up on pending invoices 4.

Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients 5.
