Business Development (Sales) Internship

As a Business Development (Sales) Intern at Polygon Geospatial, you'll support outreach and follow-up efforts while helping the team build clear, consistent communication with prospective contacts.

You'll contribute to practical sales and marketing tasks and strengthen your professional communication skills along the way. 1. Research prospective organizations and contacts, organize findings, and maintain accurate lead records for the business development team.

2. Draft and personalize introductory emails and follow-ups, using clear, professional written English and approved messaging. 3. Help schedule outreach campaigns and track responses, follow-ups, and engagement in shared records.

4. Support social media planning by preparing post drafts, coordinating a content calendar, and monitoring comments or messages. 5. Assist with digital marketing tasks such as reviewing campaign performance and summarizing basic engagement trends.

6. Prepare concise notes and supporting materials for prospect conversations, and help keep information organized after meetings. 7. Communicate with contacts by phone or online when appropriate, using confident spoken English and escalating questions to the team.
