Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in screening and sourcing candidates for various positions within the company. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

3. Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems. 4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.

5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. 6. Support the onboarding process for new employees. 7. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
